All clinical assessments, follow-up visits, and counselling services at ConnectMD are provided virtually, using secure video platforms.
Physician visits with Dr. Motamedi are conducted through secure medical video platforms.
Counselling and psychometric assessment sessions with Azadeh Rezazadeh, RCC, are provided via secure Zoom.
Virtual care allows us to provide timely, consistent access to specialized ADHD and mental health services across British Columbia.
In-person visits are arranged when clinically necessary, or in limited cases when virtual care is not appropriate, subject to availability.
ConnectMD focuses on the assessment and longitudinal medical management of moderate to severe ADHD and related mental health conditions in adults, including autism-related traits when clinically appropriate.
This type of care is highly time-intensive and often requires extended assessment, careful diagnostic formulation, and ongoing follow-up. Because MSP does not fully fund this level of care, we must deliver services in a way that is safe, thorough, and sustainable, and we may not be able to accept every referral.
For many new ADHD and related mental health referrals, assessment begins with a psychometric assessment to support structured information-gathering, followed by physician review and medical care. Details about assessment pathways are explained elsewhere on this page.
